To mitigate the risk of fraudulent and unaccepted orders, our COD service operates under the following strict conditions.

• 2.1. Non-Refundable COD Fee: A non-refundable fee of Rs. 60 is charged for all Cash on Delivery orders. This fee covers the additional logistics, handling, and administrative costs associated with COD services and is payable to our courier partner. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including order cancellation, refusal of delivery, or return of the product.

• 2.2. Order Verification: All COD orders may be subject to a manual or automated verification call or message to confirm the order details and shipping address before dispatch. Failure to respond to our verification attempts within a reasonable timeframe may result in the automatic cancellation of your order.

• 2.3. Unaccepted Deliveries: If a COD order is refused by the customer upon delivery, it will be classified as “undeliverable.” The customer will be held liable for both the initial shipping fee and the return shipping fee. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and we reserve the right to ban or block future orders from customers who have a history of unaccepted COD deliveries.

5. Payment Failure and Dispute Resolution

• 5.1. Payment Failure: In case of a failed online payment, you can contact your bank or try an alternative payment method. Please do not attempt to place multiple orders for the same item. If your account is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded by your bank.

• 5.2. Chargebacks: We will investigate all chargebacks thoroughly. In case of fraudulent chargebacks, we will provide all necessary documentation to our payment gateway partners and financial institutions to challenge the claim. You will be blacklisted from our website.

• 5.3. Fraudulent Orders: We will cooperate fully with law enforcement and financial institutions in the investigation of any fraudulent orders placed with stolen credit or debit cards and may share transaction and customer information as required by law.
